An elegant villa from the Mediterranean architecture, located to the north-west of San Vito Lo Capo in panoramic position with sight sea. The structure, recently transformed in Relais, is encircled from a wide garden (2,000 squared meters) with plants to high stalk and has one great swimming pool. To the outside of the property there is a wide parking not guarded. Distance from the beach of San Vito Lo Capo 1 km.
The villa has inner and external breakfast room, and accommodates 5 double rooms, 1 triple room, 1 apartment of 3 places read and 1 two-roomed apartment from 4 places read.
The area in which the property are is connected with the village, from a road not of transit, used only from the inhabitants for place, therefore, also at the height season, the zone enjoys good tranquillity.
As soon as you are outside of the property starts a naturalistic route
distance that takes (after 200 mt) inside of the natural park calamancina, the distance spreads along the coast for 1 kilometre between reefs and coves with ancient graffiti; at the end of the distance is found the small area called “calamancina” used for the bathing, far from the crowding present during the summer in the vacation localities.
Two-roomed (2+2 places) : entrance with angle baking (furnace + refrigerator), 2 double bedrooms, 1 bath with shower (without bidet), external shadowed terrace .
Apartment (3 places) : great space with angle baking (furnace + refrigerator), little drawing-room with read single sofa-bed, zone night with a double bed, bath with shower, external shadowed terrace. All the atmospheres are air-conditioned (warm/cold) and the rooms are equipped of satellite TV, bath with shower or bathtub, equipped with a little external covered terrace.
Important: The structure is found, regarding the country, behind a hill and the reception of cellular telephones is lowland. We have a fixed telephone line available for the customers on payment.
